Refund policy

Cancellations. Made-to-order items can be cancelled for a full refund within [7 days of ordering / until work begins]. After the leather has been cut, the piece is made for you and can’t be cancelled.

Returns. Because made-to-order items are made to your specifications (leathers, thread, stamping), they can’t be returned unless there’s a defect. Ready-to-ship items can be returned unused within [14] days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Digital build guides are final sale.

Craftsmanship guarantee. If stitching or construction fails under normal use within [1 year / the life of the product], I’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Normal wear isn’t a defect: patina, scratches, softening and color changes are part of how leather ages.

How to start. Email our Contact Us page with your order number and photos. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–10] business days of my receiving the return.
